Firstly, I received a call from the salon in the morning delaying my treatment by 1 hour - upon arriving, I still had to wait for 30 minutes before being seen. Despite having a 11:30am appointment initially, I wasn't seen until 12:15pm. The person who did my nails cut all of my long-ish natural nails off despite me saying I wanted to keep them long. They are short, the filing was uncomfortable and took ages, and they began chipping after 24 hours. Very disappointing.
