Confusion over pricing, no price list inside, different staff asking me to pay different amounts on top without explanation of why. Took a lot of time to resolve. Would have been simple if there was a printed list. Please change this as it did put me off as a customer and I have been coming for a long time

My refill went perfect but the atmosphere just horrific, not cleaned at all and the guys are trying to charge more money even when you pre pay online and they say you that online is cheaper and here you pay more??? What the hell? Robbery

It was far too rushed in the salon. I booked for 1.30 and didn’t get seen until nearly 2 - same case for the two other customers who had appointments at the same time. He rushed my manicure, nipping my cuticle so it bled and the final result is just not brilliant. He also kept getting up to deal with payments etc, meaning I had to keep reminding of what coat we were on! The LED machine wasn’t drying the nails but he did eventually find a replacement. Not good.
