I wouldn’t go back to this salon. First of all, it’s the only salon I’ve been to where a pedicure means NAIL POLISH ONLY! No foot bath, no exfoliation, just 10 minutes to apply some nail polish and send you packing for £25.
Also, they told me I needed to cancel my traatwell appointment, receive a refund and pay them directly through some other platform I’ve never heard of. Felt shady and like a scam. They should be removed from Treatwell if they’re trying to cheat the system.
