Just awful from start to finish. Arrived as it opened yet was left to wait for twenty minutes before being taken downstairs for treatment. I had booked in and paid for threading but was told as I walked into the treatment room that they don’t actually do it, only waxing. I said ok and proceeded to be so badly burned on my face that today one of my colleagues, an A & E doctor, told me he really hoped it won’t scar! It’s four days on and I have a 2cm burn scab across my face. This place isn’t just bad, it’s dangerous!

The salon is pretty clean and the value for what you get is amazing. However, I couldn’t sit next to my friend, who’s got a treatment as well and the staff member didn’t talk to me at all, apart from asking questions about my nails. My nails look great though, just a few little kinks. Overall, a great experience! Definitely recommend!
