I was very pleased with treatment. The only downfall was that when I booked online I booked for powder gel nails but when I tried explaining that to the lady she said they didn’t do powder on shellac, I thought it strange but just went ahead and did shellac then when I went to pay they didn’t have any register of me having booked online so had to show them the email obviously on there it says I had booked powder gel so the lady got a bit annoyed. I tried to explain I had told her that from the beginning but yet again she did not understand and looked angry so I felt as though I was the one that had done something.
This was my first time there and also using Treatwell so that was a bit disappointing but would return as the service was very good.
