So I was really looking forward to this nail appt.
I get there all fine. I then get taken downstairs to this utility room where 2 washing machines are going and lots of towels drying lots of stock. No music, and another woman who clearly wasn’t happy to be down there either. Luckily i was moved upstairs before they started.
I asked for oval longer nails I know have round short nails. All different lengths and some are even wonky. I had acrylic with gel overlay and shellac. The shellac is good quality so I think a shellac would be fine. I wasn’t rushed but I saw some women waiting for about 25 minutes or more whilst their nails were drying as they were so busy they must have had one technician for about 2 people. The staff weren’t rude it was clean but I’m very unhappy with my nails. I definitely wouldn’t go back. It’s cheap and you pay for what you get. I would have been really upset if I had stayed downstairs amongst the toilet rolls..!
