I have been to USA nails before and had a pleasant experience. However, there are a number of new staff who could not speak English and muttered behind their masks making it very difficult to understand what they were saying. My pedicure was fine, however, they allowed me to leave when my toes weren't dry, so by the time I had walked home, 2 nails were smudged. They also did my gel manicure at the same time as the pedicure and it felt rushed. Going to put it down to a busy Saturday, but not very impressed.
