This is my third visit to USA nails but my first shellac pedicure. Up to now have been very happy with my shellac manicures but on this occasion was very unhappy with service. The pedicure was not too bad but the manicure was horrible. The lady who did the manicure did not take off my old shellac properly. You are supposed to give enough time for soaking off but instead she hardly soaked the scraped off the varnish with a metal instrument and then with the nail file so I’ve ended up with vey frail nails so am very disappointed. Also o found the service very bad as they did both manicure and pedicure at same time so I was very uncomfortable having to stretch my arms over to one side so she could do my nails. I really feel this is no way a good service therefore feel they need to give customers enough time for each of the services they paid for.
