Disappointing manicure and pedicure quality. Poor communication. Not much selection in colours so had to pick a shellac shade to match whst i wanted on my toes but wasnt really what I wanted. Rushed dry manicure and he trimmed cuticles. with a machine rather than soak them gently. Filed them crooked also. Rough skin left on my feet too. Tried to charge full price and i reminded them I booked through treatwell. Unfortunately sometimes you get what you pay for.... Won't be back!

I go here often however had to wait around 40 minutes for my appointment this time which was annoying. There also seemed to be a new manager who isn’t normally there who only seemed to slow things down and distract staff rather than being of any help!
