For my first ever shellac mani/pedi experience I really didn’t enjoy it. Nobody explained anything to me and my manicurist didn’t speak a word of English. When he wanted me to move my hand/foot he would just tap me and at first I didn’t understand what he was he was asking. Nobody told me I was sat in a massage chair either! I noticed the controls near the end so this was a shame. The nail colour wasn’t what I asked for so he had to re paint my nails after complaining to the only person that speaks English. I was pleased with the end result but I didn’t enjoy the experience at all. Would not go back.
