It was my second experience of this salon and neither visit was successful. They had run out of the colour I chose, so started painting a different one on my nails claiming it was the one I had chosen. When I then tried to choose a different colour they had run out of my next 4 choices. Very little care was taken when she was doing my nails, it was all very rushed and I ended up with paint all over my fingers. When I pointed this out as she tried to send me on my way she then started trying to pick it off with pliers and was just plucking at my skin which was quite painful. Last time they stuck my acrylic on wonky and then argued with me about redoing it. Overall it just wasn’t a pleasant experience and I would recommend looking elsewhere.
