I have been coming to this place to get my nails done every two weeks and I have never experienced such unprofessional behaviour. The male on reception was rude on arrival and tried to say the price and service I had paid for was not accurate. This males behaviour got worse when he started yelling at another customer and told her basically not to bother coming back. This customer was polite. They then kept complaining they needed to close as they close at 6pm but don’t let someone book a manicure appointment at 5:30pm. Then they asked me to pay while I was getting my nails painted but wanted staff to go through my wallet. When I declined the male came and told me that I had to let his staff go through my wallet to get the cash. When I told him no again and that he was being rude he told me “he didn’t like my face” and then proceeded to talk in a non English language. I have never been so angry and disgusted with the service here or anyone else. The only blessing to this was the nice lady painting my nails who was trying to keep the situation calm.

At the beginning everything was good but as the salon started to get busier and busier, the attention was not the same. I had to sit down in a not very comfortable chair and have a drier on my lap to dry my nails and let another person start their treatment when it was not even 11am (my nails were going to take from 10 to 11, they said on an email.). I asked for french manicure and I had only the base done and I has to put handcream on myself when actually you are supposed to get a small hand massage with handcream after getting your nails done.

My nail colour which was pink on both my feet and hands went a purple colour in parts about an hour after I left. Not sure if this was due to the top coat or the nail varnish thinner they added to the colour I chose as I think it was running low
