I did not enjoy my experience at USA Nails. I booked an eyelash perm, and as they had an off-peak nail offer, I booked that too. When I arrived for my appointment, they told me that the beautician who does the eyelash perms was not in today. Having already booked and paid for an appointment, they should have informed me that they could not carry out this treatment on this day, and I would have booked somewhere else.
The receptionist did offer to book me in for another day, but this was my only day off and I was getting them done as a treat before my birthday.
They also weren't very helpful in giving me advice on getting a refund.
My acrylic nails were fine, but I wasn't pleased having booked an appointment, that I then had to wait for someone to become free.
Had I known that I could not get my eyelashes permed on that day, I would not have booked my nails there too.
I will not be going back to this salon.
