The treatment was very rough and made one of my fingers bleed and without no apology. It felt rushed, which meant some polish had to be taken off and re-done which ended up taking too long. I had an appointment booked but had to wait for 40 minutes and noticed that others who walked in without appointments were seen before me. Overall a very disappointment experience
