Didn’t get my wax until 35 mins after the original time. Nobody explained that the appointment had been double booked until I spoke to the woman next to me who was booked at the same time.
The wax itself and therapist who was doing it was great, just a shame about the initial service.

As usual great experience. The best gel for nails so far, the staff really was paying attention to make sure the result was 100% excellent! I would say next time pay more attention to waxing as I could notice that it wasn't done properly like the other times.
