I've had a lot of Hollywood waxes in my time but this was by far the worst. I don't even know where to begin. When I walked in a staff member who was doing someone's nails yelled over what I was in for so I had to say in front of everyone I was in for a Hollywood wax which was embarrassing. Taken downstairs to a room which had massive cobwebs everywhere and as she was doing the wax I ended up in tears on the bed with how painful it was. I told her it was far too hot and burning me but she couldn't speak English so carried on. Absolutely awful from start to finish.
