After working from home for the morning so I could get a wax before holiday the next day I went in to be told the waxing lady was not there. I understand she was ill but they had my number and email and could have let me know before going down there. Also nothing was offered to compensate just “oh she’s ill”.

Fabulous pedicure, feet looked amazing after. And I didn't have shellac, just normal polishing. Manicure was good too. It was supposed to take 1hr 45mins for the two but went over by about 25 mins as it was so busy. Would suggest booking outside at off peak times.
