Hmm, we got there in the end but it was a bit clunky and my Brazilian was not very neat & bits missed! I’ve had better in the Balham area

I arrived early for my appointment, however they were running behind and so my appointment began half an hour later than it should have, with no apologies. It was rushed, and the staff made it obvious that they just wanted to get out ASAP as it was the end of the day. When I asked the technician to shape my nails slightly differently she actually sighed and although she did file them, they are not even. My nails are different lengths and are not filed to the same shape, which just looks terrible. When they painted them they didn’t go close enough to the cuticle and so now it looks like they’re due for an infill even though I’ve only had them on for 4 days. I will not be returning.
