Not sure what’s happened here I think it’s under new ownership. I had to wait 25 minutes after my appointment time, I heard about 5 women complain whilst I was in there about a variety of treatments that has happened today and yesterday. The staff seemed rushed and weren’t doing a good job. Although the girl that did my nails was nice and stayed past the end of her shift to finish my nails they are too think and not all the same shape. Other complaints I heard included chipped nails, rushed nails, waxing treatments not being as good as elsewhere, problems with booking including phone line not working and mid-advertising opening hours on the website. I’m not sure I will return.

I’m sure it was just the therapist I had (as I had read good reviews before going) but I have to rate it as one of the poorest Brazilians I’ve had. She used a mix of strips and hot wax and used the oddest technique which involved going over the same area several times and I’m not completely hair free. Im also quite sore a good hour after. I’m also used to being left with a really nice, neat strip but instead have a smattering of hair in the middle so I’ll need to get my tweezers out to tidy up. I did give feedback to the lady who took payment and she did apologise and gave 10% discount but I certainly won’t be returning unfortunately...
