This place is appalling and I'm unsure why it has good reviews. I booked in for a shellac pedicure. Got there and the place was really busy - wasn't seen for 45 minutes despite the fact I had a booking. Then when I was finally seen, the woman proceeded to take off my existing shellac in the worst possible way. She soaked some cotton wool in acetone and laid it across my toes for a few seconds (no foil). It wasn't on long enough to have any effect, and she then proceeded to use the same piece of cotton wool for literally a couple of seconds on my other foot. She then used an electric nail file to remove the shellac. My nail polish was red - and the stuff coming off was white. She was literally filing off the top layer of my nails as well as the polish. People who come here regularly must end up having nails in terrible condition?!
The nail technician was incredibly rude, clearly in a rush and chucking my legs about rather than asking me to put my feet in the water etc. I ended up with a bruise from where she was being so violent. At this point and I wanted nothing more to do with this place and certainly didn't trust her to reapply the shellac, so just asked for the pedicure. The pedicure consisted of a brief scrub of my feet, a trim of my nails and that was it. Nothing was done to the cuticles of surrounding skin. No oil was put on after. And I was charged £22 for this. Disgraceful.

It was quite good, the staff were nice, but they were very busy so my appointment was late. The acrylic nails they did were just ok, not very well shaped.
