I felt the staff could have generally been more attentive to customers. The pedicure I had was good but she was very much just going through the motions in terms of full pedicure - foot massage etc.

Nail tech was nice but didn’t listen well to one of my requests resulting in a set I didn’t ask for. Was too late to customise. Besides this, always seems to be inconsistencies with this branch
