My treatment didn’t start well as the Treatwell app doesn’t have the correct option to remove acrylic nails so when I got there they informed me they’d have to charge me £2 extra which isn’t a lot but tarnished it as this wasn’t said before I got to the salon in the app. The man on the desk contacted head office and they said they would change it on the app and didn’t end up charging me the extra. The treatments on off peak days are such amazing value for money and the staff give a good service so I would still go back, the mix up was just an annoying set back.
