Having been for a wax before, the lady seemed inexperienced and the whole thing was unsatisfactory and extremely painful. My acrylic nails were ok but not finished to a very high standard and under the nail was scuffed and untidy. After asking the male boss if they could have another look at them, he was so rude and said no as the equipment had left the salon. This was a complete lie as there were many other ladies in there with the right equipment. The staff working there are very nice but the male boss, was just awful and after this experience I’m never going to return again.

I really like the staff at USA Nails Clapham. I had a warm welcome, was offered Chinese tea (which was lovely) and they were very attentive with the treatments I had. I would have given 5 stars however, at the time of writing this review, I've noticed fine chips on the tips of my shellac manicure and it's only been 5 days... it's barely noticeable but I image towards the end of the week they will be. Despite this I'd visit again.
