Really liked the staff and the value, but the nail technician made an error when drying my nails, so had to take the colour off and start again. I ended up being there for two hours which was far too long. I'd go back in the hope this mistake wouldn't happen again so I'd be in and out quicker, but it did take a while for me to be seen even though I booked an appointment.
