I have been a regular but today’s visit proves how unprofessional this place is. I brought my own varnish( 1 phase UV varnish) as most of theirs is old and diluted with acetone. When manager find out it’s not a normal varnish he said they need to charge me an extra £14 because it’s like shellac and it’s more expensive and takes longer! Okay, I could understand if I use their products ( base, varnish, top ) but the one I brought literally needed 4 minutes for UV lamp. If that wasn’t enough I went for their regular colour and because my nails were put under the hot wave they all end up having bubbles. They redone them ( by only applying an extra top ) and at the end It didn’t change much. All nails have bubbles as you can see. I have waisted time ( should take 45mins, I’ve been there 1:10 ), didn’t hear any sorry neither. They offered to redo them again but I would have waisted even more time. Little advice? Not busy staff instead of sitting on their phones should deep clean this place. Won’t be coming back
