I normally love it here and get the same, good service every time, but the young guy who did my nails did a half-hearted job (probably because I used the Treatwell off-peak pricing? I dunno). Nevertheless, if you're offering a discount from the main price for the same service, you kind of expect it. I understand your iPhone is more important than my nails but next time I'll just request someone else. Otherwise, my nails look great so that's why there is 3 stars (normally give 5!)

Definitely prefer this branch to their Clapham Junction branch. The staff are a lot nicer and the ambience is much better. I enjoyed my service greatly :)
