The ambience and professionalism of the salon was poor the nail technician didn’t even acknowledge or speak to me but the place was quite clean and as long as my gel nails last as they should I would go back as it was good value for money

15 mins late, made to get undressed and redressed in front of beautician in the room. She didn’t say a word to me (I don’t think she spoke much English). She did an ok job but overall customer experience wasn’t great. It felt fairly awkward.
