Staff got my treatment wrong, I book it so I expect them to know what I booked. They talked about me and laughed at me all while I was sitting there. Then I got asked for the confirmation email to make sure I paid, which I haven’t ever received or been asked for the other times I have been there

Cut too much skin!! - Bleeding and stinging. Watered down nail varnish. When drying process the nail varnish bubbles up and doesn't dry flat.
