Had to wait 25 mins before my appointment actually started. Then shellac manicure was quite good with wide choice of colours and the lady was nice. Then my wax appointment was straight after but the woman was on the phone in her headphones the entire time she did my wax, extremely rude! Good value for money but regardless of the price I would expect at least a basic level of customer service.
