My regular pedicure was only okay. Had to wait 15 minutes in the chair before my pedicure started and the technician unfortunately cut one of my toes. But my gel manicure was perfect! Would go back again for another manicure.

Started off fine with a nice greeting from the guy at reception. Then I got called down to the waxing room and asked to undress in front of the beautician. I know it sounds prudish to expect them to give you privacy when getting a Hollywood was but it felt very undignifying. There was no music playing so it was very quiet in the room. The wax she used was too hot so she blew on it with her mouth, put wax on and then proceeded to blow at my vagina. It was extremely unsanitary and uncomfortable. She got wax down my leg and on my inner labia where she continued to try to tug it off. It was very painful and incredibly awkward. I had to ask her to stop before it was finished because I couldn’t take it any longer. I hurriedly put my clothes on (again in front of her) and left the salon in tears.
