Initially impressed by how friendly staff was and the cleanliness of the salon but has a terrible experience with the beauty therapist waxing all my eyebrows off and taking no direction on how I like them. However the other staff were excellent in trying to help to fix it by tinting it to make it look wider. They lady who did my nails was professional and I was really happy with. There was a half price deal offered while I was there so got a pedicure (wish I didn’t!). He was barely paying attention (on the phone) and did not remove the dead skin from the bottom of my foot properly. The pedicure took all of 8 minute (I timed it!). Then he painted my toes with so many layers and I waited about 45 mins to dry. He told me they were dry but wasn’t convinced cause of how many layers. As I expected as soon as I put my slippers on they smudged. Had to redo them again and waiting another 20 mins. By the time I got to my car (2 min walk) all my nails were smudged. Fast forward to the next day, I’m on a flight going on holiday and my left big toe is swollen and I have a nail infection. Never had one before so I’m quite concerned and had to get sodium chloride from the air hostess to rub on my toes till I can go to a pharmacist when I land. Clearly they do not sterilise their products! I don’t think il ever be going back again. The prices are the most competitive I’ve seen in London and the staff are friendly but the quality of the work the work is terrible!!! I will be speaking to Treatwell about the toe infection as soon as I get back

Gel nail extensions popped off two days after & as well as one toe extensions fell off 3 days after. Everything was okay but not durable. Disappointed
