Was very disappointed with both of the services i booked. she made my eyebrows a different shape to what i wanted and asked for, she didnt speak much english so maybe that was the problem, but i would have thought that all of the beauticians should have a basic understanding of English and the terms that are used in the salons. when it came to the hollywood wax, she was ripping the strips the wrong way and doing it so slowly, usually i dont find it painfull, but ripping the wax off slowly is something that you just dont do. I was recommended this place by a friend, and when i went back to her and said that she had had the same lady doing her wax before and said she had hoped I didnt get her as she wasnt very good at all. I chose this place as it was cheaper than other places, but its not worth saving the extra £10 for the poor service you receive.
