First time having a manicure and I didn’t know what I was doing but they were quite snappy and didn’t explain much. In fact, they didn’t talk to me much at all just chatted away in a foreign language to the person on the next table. Would have been nice to have some interaction. Manicure was good though, very relaxing and did very well and she was accommodating to my requests. Although the colours came out much lighter than how they looked on the wall.

I’m a regular at USA Nails Clapham so I’m sad to say that I was unimpressed with my last visit. My nails were not up to the level I’m used too. I was treated rudely by the staff, in the end I was given a discount for my treatment. Though a verbal apology would of been accepted!
