Usually really good eyebrow wax but this time felt rushed & left with wax all over my face and also in my hair which was a nightmare to get off

Waited ten minutes for my appointment and then lady wouldn’t believe that I pad pre-paid for a manicure. As she spoke no English I had to wait another 10 minutes for someone to check that I did.
