Didn’t even happen. I arrived and was told to wait 10 mins. 10 mins later I asked again how long, and they said a further 10 mins and laughed like it was funny. I asked her what was funny and she apologised. The treatment states it takes 30 mins and 30 mins in i was still waiting. Reason they gave was “the client hair is tuff and long”. I just walked out. So unprofessional and unapologetic! I then had to look around for another salon as I was travelling that day.
