The manicurist changed the shape of my nails from round to pointed (which I hate) without asking me. I said I didn't want pointed and he filled them again still pointed. My cuticles were not cleaned, the gel is thick and it was painted really badly and rushed. It was rushed and not even a nail polish base was applied. Now my nails are short because I had to fille them back to the shape I like and will have to go to somewhere else to remove the gel that looks awful and cheap.
I've been also charged a different price that the one showed in Treatwell. I had to show my booking to pay what it's charged here.
