Nails look amazing but customer service was TERRIBLE! I come here every three weeks but this time it took double the time it normally does mainly because they kept stopping doing someone else’s nails and coming back or just chatting and not focusing on their client. The nails themselves are good value for money but don’t know if I’ll go again considering how rude the staff and management were. Really disappointed as I’ve been coming here for 8 months every 3 weeks. Also whenever I asked them to fix someone they rolled their eyes or made comments to each other. Very unprofessional and not like usual

It's a very fast service, definitely more 10 minutes than the 20 minutes advertised for shell a removal, and they don't file your nails as part of the service.
