Booked for a wax and pedicure. The wax didn't happen. I waited for a half hour before I was seen and no one seemed to know that I had a booking or what it was for, so I decided to not mention the wax at all as so much time had been lost. Pedicure was fine and the technician was very nice as was the receptionist. However, I couldn't help but notice the amount of limescale and quick-fire job done of cleaning the foot baths. Needless to say, I will not be returning.
