Probably the worse full set I have ever had.
I came in for a full set of extensions with shellac and the young guy doing it didn't seem that experienced.
After a week of having them on, I could see them all lifting from the sides and 1 actually pinged off. I went back in and they kindly replace this nail for me FOC but the following week 2 more came off. I am now on week 3 and 5 have come off!!! I think they have some good technicians in there but I definitely got a dud.

My experience in general was ok but my The manicure lasted less than 12 hours and was not worth the money. However, I did email them and they offered to redo them which was nice so I would say their customer service is good but the product they are offering is pretty poor. Probably won’t be going back for a manicure again. Pedicure was nice though.
