Nice enough basic pedicure with nice massage chair but woman at counter practically pounced on me when I went to leave and physically took my phone off me to ‘check’ I had definitely already paid through the Treatwell app despite me having told her beforehand this was the case and as I understand treatwell confirming this beforehand also. Shame as the place and other staff were nice enough but that behaviour meant I’d not go back.
