Was made to pay extra because I wasn’t happy with the colour and wanted a colour change so was told that I needed to pay twice for the colour. Some of the staff are super friendly but some are also quite rude unfortunately!

I had a French manicure, by the end of the day it was chipping on most nails. I called the shop who said they would fix the damage nails, which was pointless because by the next day all nails were damaged. Still unhappy.
