I use the services in this beauty saloon monthly and I'm never disappointed. This time I did arrive 9 min late and I had to wait 40 min on top of 9 min for my take off and manicure. The manager starts stripping the gel while I'm still sitting on the waiting bench (very professional) as the manicurist already took someone before me and makes me wait until someone else is free. When I get to the manicure table the guy does my manicure uneven and also the cuticles aren't cut nicely and skin looks chopped

Second time coming here, although everything was fine and really good value for the money I did leave with three of my fingers cut by the cuticles just from the lady pushing them down too hard with her nail. But apart from that I left with a lovely infill and good service, got offered drinks and the staff are very kind.
