At 3pm on a Thursday the venue was buzzingly busy! A really good sign. My appointment was at 3.30pm so I briefly went away and came back and was greeted by the manager, who asked me to select a colour, there was an absolute abundance of choice! Such wonderful colours. The lady who ended up doing my nails may not have been a manager but we had a lovely chat and she was clearly highly experienced. My nails look and still are perfect a week (and holiday) later. Will defo return asap! :) very happy

Nails are really nice, definitely a good place for gel powder at such a reasonable price. Only disappointment was they double booked a walk in, when I had booked my appointment 2 days in advance - and I had even left work early to fill an earlier slot! Nobody notified me of the change of plan and I turned around to see someone else having theirs done where I was sat. So I was seated on the pedicure bed for colour and a fold up chair for drying. The manager was apologetic but the time I had allocated wasn’t honoured, which was a shame.

Seemed chaotic at first but it was Saturday. Nails are great but it took over 1.5hours for extensions. Needs to be quicker
