Absolutely awful. I paid for ombré nails and the woman’s absolutely butchered them. She filed my natural nails so much my fingers are in agony and kept telling me I had soft nails but it was because they were so sore from her taking so much nail off. She then fitted the acrylic and filled it back down three times on my thumbs - I’ve got pictures I’ll attach if I can. I then asked for someone else to finish my thumbs so I’m left with 2 thumbs and all my fingers which are short and bulbous little stubs all uneven and different lengths. To be honest I need them to offer to re do them or have a refund.

The salon is clean and they do a good job, but this time there was an incident with another customer and they didn’t do anything to sort it out properly. They were quite rude to the other lady and then wouldn’t apologise which made me feel uncomfortable. I also received an email asking to change my appointment but when I rang they knew nothing about it. Also, I think they should note if a customer has a treatwell offer because it’s annoying having to show my phone to pay the better price

Great salon. Loved the waxing with hot wax, fast and professional work. Regarding the manicure and pedicure, the treatments were good, especialy for pedicure, amazing chairs with massage. However it could have been better in nail painting, where I got some smudges. I felt it could have been better but would still recommend the salon.
