I went for a Hollywood Wax and Eyebrow dye and thread with a lovely woman called Ren.
No word of a lie, it was the least painful wax I have ever had and I've been waxing for 7 years now. I always get scared before each wax however, she always asked if everything was ok/wax wasn't too hot and was super friendly.
I will defiantly be coming back and ask her her again.

I arrived to my appointment 10 mins early and was seen almost straight away. My technician was not the manager but she was friendly welcoming and talented. The service I wanted was not listed on Treatwell so after choosing the closest available the receptionist clarified with me the treatment I wanted and I paid an excess to cover the treatment. I liked that this was clarified at the start in a professional manner.
I was thoroughly happy with my treatment of ombré pink and white acrylic nails
