I arrived to my appointment 10 mins early and was seen almost straight away. My technician was not the manager but she was friendly welcoming and talented. The service I wanted was not listed on Treatwell so after choosing the closest available the receptionist clarified with me the treatment I wanted and I paid an excess to cover the treatment. I liked that this was clarified at the start in a professional manner.
I was thoroughly happy with my treatment of ombré pink and white acrylic nails

Overall happy with my manicure however the overall experience was let down by the fact work was being done downstairs with drills/hammers etc which was very noisy and not at all the experience you want for a relaxing manicure on your day off!

The staff seem abit discriminatory! They didn’t want to serve me and this made me feel very uncomfortable. The lady who then came sighed and looked annoyed the whole treatment. I didn’t enjoy the process but I did like my nails.

Not my first time in the venue; been there a couple of times due to convenience of the location.
However, every time I'm there, the service feels rushed and so many people get involved (other person doing the manicure, other person applying the top coat and the final person will be checking if your nails are ready).
It feels that they want to get the job done asap and to go to the next person in line.
