my last experience was the worst and surprised me. I am a regular and always pay beforehand when booking and the receptionist had me standing for 10 mins whilst she checked with the boss even though I had booking receipt and details on my phone. after 3 years I dont expect this. the mani pedi was good but experience tainted.
