The therapist started my shellac manicure by using the electrical equipment to shape my cuticles. In doing this, she managed to cut open two of my fingers, to the point they were bleeding onto the table. To make the experience worse, when doing my shellac, a lamp was used which did not dry the shellac properly. This meant that when the second layer was applied,my nails has noticeable bumps all over. The therapist asked me if we could start again. The second round of shellac was still a poor job.
