When I arrived I was treated like a yo-yo. I was waiting by the desk to highlight my arrival for appointment, the assistant was on the phone and I was happy to wait, but one of the technicians away from the desk thought to ask me about my reasons for coming, then asked me to pick a colour. As I arrived at the colour palette and started looking I was called over to the desk as the assistant was ready for me but I did not finished choosing my colour which I was then asked to do again
I felt annoyed. I was happy to wait by the desk for the assistant to finish, the technicians should have left well enough alone as in the space of 40 seconds I was up and down.
The care and attention I normally receive here was vastly reduced. The level Of professionalism I normally witness was gone, technicians talking over the clients from across the room all getting involved. My treatment was rushed and i did not feel as relaxed coming here as I normally do.
I then realised the staff were different and I asked if they are new and I was told
The old team have moved locations- Which explains everything. Service not as great as before.
