I have been given the wrong colour shellac. The bottle chosen was correct (490) but the colour inside the bottle is not correct. I am extremely unhappy about this, I was nervous about saying something to the manicurist at the time because the bottle was correct.

The experience could be improved - the therapist stays in the room when you are asked to undress and there was no towel provided (having lower legs waxed so removed my trousers). I took one from the side after asking if it was for me, but after the wax was finished the towel was just folded back over and put back on the chair for the next person. The wax was too hot.
